1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We will update the customers about the same via email notifications.
  • Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Typical delivery takes 15-30 business days. Delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors are beyond our control.
  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID and detailed information to monitor your package’s progress.
  • International Shipping:
    We ship Internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused (or no visible signs of usage), in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please record a video of packaging as well, and share via email to the corresponding team.
  • Important:
    Customers must record a video while unboxing the product to ensure transparency in the return process. If unforeseen circumstances make recording impossible, we will assist the customer in verifying the return case.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:
    – Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
    – Custom or personalized items.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Depending on the reason for the return, customers may or may not be responsible for return shipping costs. Details will be communicated during the return process.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Warranty Information

All products come with a two-year warranty. Customers can read the full warranty details on our Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse or unauthorized alterations.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ensure you provide:

  • A recorded video of the unboxing process.
  • Photos of the damaged product.

We will resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but eligible returns can be processed following our return policy.

6. Lost/Stolen Packages

If a product is lost during shipping, the customer should contact us immediately. If the courier is responsible for the loss, the customer may request either a refund or a replacement (subject to availability). However, if the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive it, the responsibility falls to the customer. In such cases, the customer will need to cover the cost of re-delivery, including any charges for the product being returned to us. If the product is lost while being returned to our warehouse, we will not issue a replacement or refund.
