1. Overview of Warranty

At A-Sonne, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our products come with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and ensures peace of mind for our customers. The warranty starts from the date of delivery.

2. What is Covered?

  • Defective Materials or Workmanship: If the product or any part of it is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults within 2 years, we will repair or replace it.
  • Mechanical Failures: Failures in parts such as motors caused by defective parts.
  • Software & Firmware Issues: If any operational issue is linked to a defect in the firmware or software, our expert team will fix the issue remotely.

3. What is Not Covered?

  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or tampering with the product.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, falls, or external physical harm.
  • Modification: Any alterations or modifications to the product will void the warranty.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: The product will not be covered for wear or damage resulting from regular use over time.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To claim the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via our Contact Page with details of the issue. (Link at the end)
  2. Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and date of purchase.
  3. Product Inspection: Send us the product for inspection if requested. 
  4. Video Evidence: You must provide a video showing the issue, especially for products that need to be returned for inspection. This helps us evaluate the defect accurately. You must provide, unboxing video of the product (to know the initial condition of the product) and current condition video explaining the issue and the video must be 2 mins (max) and it must be covering all the things which are necessary for the diagnosis. 5. Warranty Service Options

  1. Repair: If the product can be repaired, we will repair it at no extra cost.
  2. Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the defective product.
  3. Refund: If we cannot repair or replace the product, a refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

6. Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping for warranty claims may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the warranty claim is due to customer misuse, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Company Responsibility: If the product is defective or damaged during manufacturing, we will cover the return shipping.

7. Warranty Exclusions

  • Products that are altered, damaged, or misused will not be covered.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to natural disasters, water, or fire.
